On the toolbar, click on the 'Store' icon and select Loyalty --> Loyalty Incentive. Click on the '+ Add new' button.
In the example below, there is a loyalty incentive called Gift Card with a point reward of 100. When the customer achieves 100 points they will be eligible for a free $20-dollar gift card.
Once you save this incentive it will bring you back to the screen that shows you all your loyalty incentives. On this page you can edit existing plans, delete plans or add another plan.
You can now add this loyalty incentive to a loyalty plan. Loyalty plans can have multiple incentives added to them.
On the toolbar, click on the 'Store' icon and select Loyalty --> Loyalty Plan. Click on the '+ Add new' button.
Type the name or description of this loyalty plan. This is what will show up when you go to add the plan to your customers.
Click on the 'Add Loyalty Incentive' button. Select the incentive that you would like to add to this plan. You can add multiple incentives to one plan.
Once it is selected, you will see a screen like the picture below:
Click on save. It will bring you back to the loyalty plan page. On this page you can edit existing plans, delete plans or add another plan.
We will need to add this plan to a customer. On the toolbar, click on the 'Store' icon and select Customer Management.
You will see all the customers that are currently in Bemacash. If there are no customers, you will need to add one to use the loyalty feature.
Click on the pencil icon next to the customer you want to add a loyalty plan to.
Under 'General Info', you will see the Loyalty Plan field. Here you will select the plan you want to use. In the case below it is “Gift Card”.
The last thing that needs to be done is to set how many points each item is worth.
There are two different ways that this can be achieved:
The first way is to set points based on their dollar amount. For instance, if the item is $5 dollars, the item’s point value will be 5.
To set this option you must go into the merchant settings. Click on your user name on the top right corner and click on settings, as shown below:
Under the 'Loyalty Settings' there is an option called “Earn Bonus Points for Dollar Amount”. If you enable this, all the items will use the dollar amount as points. If you do not want to do this, you can set each item as a custom point amount.
On the toolbar, click on the 'Store' icon and select “Inventory Management”. Click on the pencil icon of the item you want to add a point value to. Under the “Additional Item Information” section, there is an option called “Bonus Points” - this is where you will add the amount of points a customer will receive when they purchase this item.
