Loyalty plans must first be set up on the Back Office portal before they can be used on your android device. Please see ’Loyalty’ if you have not set this up yet.
When you add a customer that has enough points for a reward, a dialog box will pop up after you hit the pay button to let you know this customer is eligible for a reward. It will allow you to choose whether they would like to redeem their reward for that transaction.
If you press ‘Yes’, it will add the reward based upon the loyalty plan.
