User privileges apply for this feature.
The system also supports the ability to process customer returns manually, for cases where the customer does not bring the receipt with them and the manager approves the return operation.
Tap on the ‘+’ symbol on the top of the Sales History screen.
The application will bring up a user interface similar to performing regular sales, but you will be selecting/scanning items to be returned instead.
Select the ‘Return’ button to finalize the Refund with the available/permitted tender option(s).
